Adrian has worked at a Programming level, provided Network Support and Solutions, Cyber Security, Compliance and in the past was involved in startup companies developing Mobile Apps in India with 30+ Staff for global customers. Adrian lived and travelled to and from Australia/India for 10 years. Behind all this over the years was a growing skillset with Contact Centre Management. With the IT background and Adrian's hands on approach and friendly outlook, working across multiple Contact Centres, access to different technologies allowed him to provide an analytical mind and solutions approach to Contact Centre Management in particular the tech and data.
